iv herd 95% of the thc dissolves in like the first 5 seconds anyway, so i dont know why ud hold it for a minute and 10 seconds. Plus, as ur holding it in, all the bud is still burning. Maybe hold it in while the other people are hitting, but dont hold it in while you're holding the burning weed.

right..or usually long enough till the joint/ chillum's done one round. as long as your first toke is direct, it doesnt really matter how long you keep it in...take it in direct to the lungs in one smooth drag. dont inhale into your mouth and then suck...try a bong/ or a chillum this way.fuck you up nice

traffic lights ! love doing that. or "taxi" where you take a toke, then hold it, pass it round, exhale when you get the joint back, when you get the joint back you take 2 tokes, then 3, 4, 5 etc( or 2,4,6,8 if your pretty hardcore)
