Am I getting ripped?

So last night, I called my dealer up and was going to get an eight hooked up. He's like ,"Ok, but is it cool if you front your money?" I'm like sure alright, since I've been buying off him for a few months now and I trust the kid. So I meet up with him and give him the money, and he dicks around all night till about 11. Then he's like yea, get up to so and so, and I don't have a car and it's a pretty far ride so I'm like I'll get it tomorrow. So today I call him and finally get ahold of him at around 3 pm, he says he just woke up and is going to be in the area in a while and to call him back. So I call around five, and he says he just got done workin out, and is eatin dinner to call him back at 6:30 or so. So I wait, call him back at 6:30, and he says he's waiting on a ride and to call back in about 45. So now it's 8 pm, and he won't answer his phone. I'm thinking he's ripping me off, but I'm not sure. If he is, there isn't really anything I can do about it becuase he's bigger then me, and his friends are bigger then mine and I don't know where he lives. So, did I get ripped or is it somethin else goin on?

Are you young? Ive noticed alot of dealers fuck off customers who are young and/or buy small. Ive had people fuck off when i was younger. Ive told off one of the most respected dealers in my city in front of people for hooking me up with a quater ounce of shake and a quater ounce of seeds. He always hooked me up great, Then all of a sudden he started hooking up shake i checked it right there in his car and told him "What the fuck P, You know this shits half fuckin seeds, Fuck you". Next time i called him he tells me QP's and up, I told him to fuck off right then. Havent talked to him since.

Fuck them people bro. I dont go looking for dealers, And i dont look for smoking buddys. I let them come to me and they come less frequent but always more quality people.
