I would like to post this message to make it clear that Pot in canada is still very illegal. I currently live in canada and have had many experiances with cops and pot. If you have evan 1 gram you can be chraged with posseion as I was. This "if you have under 30 grams" thing is just the new PROPOSED pot decrminalization laws. This bill has never gone threw and i highly dought it will while bush is in power. This bill was setup to stop the stupid amount of money spent on people in jails and courts for people who have been caught with small amount of Canabis on them. The canadian goverment is trying to find away to save money and feel the people of Canada should not be thrown in jail or have a criminal record for bening caught with a small amount of pot. All it does is cost the taxpayers more money and were getting pissed off. If any one would like some more information on the proposed legisaltion you can google it. For thoughs who dont know what to type in google type something like this "Pot Legislation in Canada".

wait wat does bush have to do with canadian laws... i dont expect weed to become legal myself, its easy enough to get and if ur careful u wont have problems with the cops

you fucktard we never said it was legal, and it hasnt passed in all of canada i forgot to specify currently all i know of for sure is bc has those set rules.. i was told so by a police officer last year.

maybe in canada.. but in ontario as of nov 1st you can only get a fine if caught with up to 15 grams of pot.. with a max fine of 150$
