seriously guys, don't make so many assumptions right off the bat...maybe their mother was abusive, or maybe just a bitch (just exploring the possibilities here) and maybe they really would rather be with their dad. don't know, just speculating.
I agree with meatflower, what the hell is up with the judgements. You can't assume his parental situation from that post. If the courts gave a father his children, it's probably a better environment.
