Smoke (strange question?)

OK I've made my bong now and tried it a little bit, the weird bit is that I don't see any smoke... I can taste the hash when I light and suck, but I don't see much smoke in the chamber, and when I exhale I don't see any either, which is strange coz whenever I see people smoking weed they blow out a big cloud of smoke. So whats the problem.. crap bong? Not enough hash in the socket? Or am I just not doing it right? Feel free to ask me questions if I didn't explain it too good

i think you're working it wrong. do you take the time to let the bong chamber fill up with smoke?

It seems to be working better now, I think it was just my 'technique' needed a bit of improving, I wasn't sucking enough before or something.

Umm if its not working, Make it AIRTIGHT and maybe your hash (bowl for the weed) is to big for the ammount of weed you are burning, drawing more air than smoke
