toffee cheeseake from sainsburys, to fuckin good but then a cake from greggs bakery, 2 many decisions!!!

i have to say that cake is much better, though veganism restricts me from it.

ahh. both so good. cant choose. id have to say that they both work their own magic. a good apple pie vs. a good chocolate cake, to hard to decide and now i want some dessert.

I like cake with little crunchy chocy bits in its like a mini suprise! cake anyday.

No, it doesn't, you just have to make your own! I've made chocolate pudding pie with silken tofu, and I've also had vegan chocolate cake and vegan carrot-pineapple cake. You just use a mixture of tapioca starch and water instead of eggs (this mixture can be bought commercially, it's called EN-ER-G Egg replacer) and soymilk instead of milk... you can even use the packaged cake mixes.

This one also sounds really good.... the lady who made it topped it with vegan sour cream and almond slivers.... it also sounds easy.

Vegan Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

1 block soft tofu, drained
1/2 c. soy milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla, lemon, or almond (which ever you prefer)
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 gram cracker crust
Directions:

Combine all ingredence into a blender and blend til creamy. Then put all ingredients in to gram cracker crust. Kebler reduced fat gram cracker crust is very good, and vegan. bake @ 350 for 30 mins. Finally, put in frig or freezer til cool.

Caro ill pass that recipe on to my nan, she's jewish, so therefore can't have a dairy cake or pie after a meat meal.
