ok now that I remember it the closest I've ever come to self harm was punching my wall, it was hilarious

My stepdad was yelling at me cause I had the phone in my room, even though it was my SISTERS phone. he said "you don't respect this house!" and I said "damn straight you mother fucker!" and punched my wall. my fist went thru the wall and into my brothers room, and pulled my arm out & it was bleeding (i think it hit a nail or something)

hilarity ensues, hole is still there, I smoke a bowl... but wait Im all out

know there are other forms are self harm, such as alcohol abuse, drug abuse, not caring about ur appreance, not eating properly. cutting ur self or injuying ur self as just one form of self harm.
